- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by the Department and Store Managers.
- Provide insightful customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools.
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up personalized appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service that meets expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Operate the sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to guidelines.
- Support store stock takes and cycle counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
- Perform additional duties as required by the company.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Self-reliant, friendly, and patient demeanor.
- Organizational skills and professionalism.
- Self-confidence and strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
- Strong knowledge or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
