Fendi Senior Client Advisor

1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments.
6. Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.
10. Support during store stock take and cycle-counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising and a clean store environment.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in the retail fashion industry with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

5. Computer skills and retail management system knowledge.

8. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Minimum 5 years in the retail fashion industry with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
