1. Provide outstanding customer service through operational administration.
2. Facilitate a flawless client experience by greeting clients and sharing health and safety protocols.
3. Assist clients by answering questions and managing wait times.
4. Maintain traffic flow to ensure adequate service levels.
5. Communicate client expectations regarding wait times and in-boutique experiences.
6. Support sales team to drive sales performance and client retention.
7. Act as a liaison between clients and client advisors at POS.
8. Manage product launches, pre-sales, reservations, and client credit card organization.
9. Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge.
10. Process client shipments, consignments, transfers, and stock.
11. Align with loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
12. Pack shipments securely and support stock team with parcel shipments.
13. Maintain shipping supplies and prioritize inventory.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury selling environment.

5. Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
