1. Promote a company culture oriented towards continuous improvement and innovation.
2. Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
3. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
4. Collaborate with all business functions to ensure the effective implementation of improvement initiatives.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable goals.
6. Prepare periodic reports and present the results of improvement initiatives to company management.

1. Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the footwear or fashion production industry.

1. In-depth knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
2. Good knowledge of shoes production processes is a plus.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
6. Results-oriented with the ability to manage complex projects.
7. Fluent in Italian and English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the footwear or fashion production industry.

Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
