1. Exceed assigned sales goals and client advisor metrics.
2. Build and maintain client relationships using in-house clienteling tools.
3. Ensure adherence to store guidelines and policies.
4. Manage client books and maintain customer correspondence.
5. Assist with special requests such as repairs and special orders.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
7. Utilize POS system accurately and update customer database.
8. Stay informed about product knowledge and company news.
9. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
10. Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
11. Open and close the store, including conducting team meetings.
12. Maintain visual standards with guidance from VM and management.
13. Communicate effectively with store management and peers.
14. Train new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
15. Participate in monthly team meetings.
16. Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety standards.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail preferred.
2. High School Diploma required.
3. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
6. RTW experience preferred.
7. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
10. Organizational skills and digital literacy required.
11. Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
