- Deliver an elevated, luxury shopping experience to clients, ensuring Fendi's high standard of hospitality and service.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Utilize product knowledge to educate clients and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Fendi's current collection, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising to ensure the boutique is always presentable.
- Support the team in boutique activities such as events, client appointments, and VIP fittings.
- Build and nurture a strong client base through CRM tools, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Fendi brand, its heritage, and luxury fashion trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment with flexibility in working hours, including weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and POS systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for styling and fashion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or a client-facing role.
