- Provide an elevated, luxury shopping experience to clients, ensuring Fendi's high standard of hospitality and service.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through effective clienteling.
- Act as a Fendi ambassador, engaging clients with the brand's history and craftsmanship.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective selling techniques.
- Utilize product knowledge to educate clients and suggest suitable products.
- Track and follow up on client requests and orders.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Fendi’s current collection and craftsmanship.
- Stay informed of fashion industry and competitor trends.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and merchandising.
- Support the team in boutique activities such as events and VIP fittings.
- Build and nurture a strong client base through CRM tools and outreach initiatives.
- Prior experience in luxury retail or a client-facing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Fendi brand and luxury fashion trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment with flexibility in working hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and POS systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for styling and fashion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
