1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Ensure high-quality customer service that meets expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
10. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising and a safe, clean store environment, implementing daily housekeeping duties.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.

7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
8. Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
