- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books, follow through with client concerns and inquiries, and maintain customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Use POS system and other software proficiently and accurately, updating the customer database.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge, company information, and history.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Minimum High School Diploma
