- Exceed assigned sales goals and client advisor metrics.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Ensure adherence to store guidelines and policies.
- Manage client books and handle special requests such as repairs and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
- Utilize POS systems accurately and update customer databases.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
- Assist in store maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Participate in training new client advisors and team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Digital literacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail is preferred.
