- Empower and support the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
- Facilitate in-store training and onboarding of new hires.
- Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
- Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
- Lead the team to drive business and foster a positive work environment.
- Assess and lead team performance proactively.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team with customer interactions.
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
- Build and maintain client books and manage in-store appointments.
- Handle customer service quality to meet expectations.
- Develop improvement plans for Mystery Shopper Results.
- Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
- Provide market trend feedback to the Store Manager.
- Support long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mentality in-store.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business operations to the team.
- Cultivate action plans to boost business and product performance.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates.
- Ensure accurate cash, credit card, and check processing.
- Deliver morning briefs and ensure top store standards are met.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ready-to-wear experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
