- Assist the General Manager in overseeing resort operations.
- Directly manage and supervise all operational departments, excluding Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Security.
- Ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Guide teams to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in hotels and restaurants, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Familiarity with hotel organization and inter-departmental interactions.
- Significant experience in team and business management.
- Experience within another Maison of the Cheval Blanc Group.
