1. Assist the General Manager in overseeing the resort operation.
2. Directly manage and supervise all operational departments, except Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Security.
3. Ensure seamless operation and exceptional guest experience.
4. Guide teams to maintain excellent standards of guest service and operational efficiency.

1. Minimum 15 years of experience within hotels and restaurants.
2. 3 years in a similar position.
3. Knowledge of overall hotel organization and departmental interactions.
4. Significant experience in team and business management.
5. Experience in another Maison of the Cheval Blanc Group.
