1. Manage reservations via phone, fax, or email in compliance with LQA standards and internal procedures.
2. Promote and sell Cheval Blanc Seychelles offerings in alignment with availability and standards.
3. Optimize room and villa occupancy following supervisory guidance.
4. Update reservations using the designated software.
5. Explain pricing and room categories to potential guests.
6. Maintain and enhance guest relationships.
7. Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries in a personalized manner.
8. Prepare necessary documentation for guest arrivals within specified timeframes.
9. Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies as directed, while exercising independent judgment when necessary.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in reservations or a similar role.
