- Implement procedures related to accounts receivable and payable.
- Monitor billing processes and ensure prompt dispatch of debtor invoices.
- Conduct meticulous follow-up on client receivables.
- Oversee and track agency commissions.
- Record payments and manage advance payments.
- Actively participate in monthly and annual financial closings.
- Process supplier invoices through digital tools.
- Input and verify expense reports.
- Record all banking transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist the financial controller with ad-hoc studies.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.
- Higher education degree (BAC + 2/3) in Accounting.
- Familiarity with Uniform System of Account for Hospitality Industry reporting standards.
- Understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Meticulousness, precision, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operational stakeholders and hotel clients.
- Availability, flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Sage1000, and ideally Materials Control.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Higher education degree (BAC + 2/3) in Accounting.
