1. Implement procedures related to accounts receivable and payable.
2. Monitor billing processes and ensure prompt dispatch of debtor invoices.
3. Conduct meticulous follow-up on client receivables.
4. Oversee and track agency commissions.
5. Record payments and manage advance payments.
6. Actively participate in monthly and annual financial closings.
7. Process supplier invoices through digital tools.
8. Input and verify expense reports.
9. Record all banking transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
10. Assist the financial controller with ad-hoc studies.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Higher education degree (BAC + 2/3) in Accounting.
2. Familiarity with Uniform System of Account for Hospitality Industry reporting standards.
3. Understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.

5. Ability to work cross-functionally with operational stakeholders and hotel clients.

7. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Sage1000, and ideally Materials Control.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Higher education degree (BAC + 2/3) in Accounting.
