1. Oversee the wellbeing of guests and Ambassadeurs at the Maison.
2. Manage Ambassadeurs' health insurance and the full operation of the Maison Clinic.
3. Be available on call during emergencies while present at the Maison.
4. Maintain strict doctor-patient confidentiality.
5. Attend to Ambassadeurs seeking medical assistance during clinic hours.
6. Coordinate with Department Heads for Ambassadeurs' consultations.
7. Prepare health reports as per FSA requirements and submit monthly treatment reports to the Director of HR.
8. Maintain an inventory of medicines and equipment in the clinic.
9. Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of medicines.
10. Conduct first aid classes for Ambassadeurs as scheduled by the training department.
11. Ensure all first aid boxes are inspected and fully stocked at routine intervals.
12. Coordinate with the HR team to enroll Ambassadeurs in health insurance and maintain relationships with the insurance company.
13. Assist Ambassadeurs with insurance claims and follow up with the insurance company.
14. Lead HR initiatives such as blood donation campaigns and medical camps.

1. Relevant degree in the medical field.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
4. Proficiency in managing health insurance processes.
5. Capability to lead health-related initiatives.

At least 10 years of related experience in the medical field.

Relevant medical degree.
