- Shape and implement socially responsible and sustainable initiatives across the Houses and headquarters.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional internal communication projects, strengthening inter-House relationships and collective identity.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication of strategic information from LVMH and Cheval Blanc, fostering group vision ownership.
- Lead and energize the network of Internal Communication Managers, co-creating impactful action plans and optimizing budgets.
- Design and execute thematic engagement campaigns to raise awareness and mobilize ambassadors.
- Develop strategic HR presentations that are captivating and highlight projects and initiatives.
- Creatively manage HR social media channels, exceeding growth targets to enhance attractiveness.
- Create HR content briefs for marketing teams, providing key elements to enhance employer branding.
- Enhance the Cheval Blanc careers site as a showcase of excellence, reflecting the brand's prestigious identity.
- Develop engaging visual content, including photos and videos, to bring the Cheval Blanc experience to life across communication platforms.
- Elevate employer pages on popular digital platforms, enhancing the brand's appeal.
- Master's degree in HR, Marketing, or Communication
- Minimum of 3 years experience in internal communication or HR marketing within the luxury sector
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality is advantageous
- Bilingual proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong writing skills and sensitivity to graphic codes and HR marketing

Compensation package includes base salary (commensurate with experience) and a Holding incentive bonus.
