Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests receive warm, friendly, courteous, informative, efficient, and personalized service.
- Adhere to the standards of service of the Maison.
- Achieve guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of property management software, such as Opera and Material Control.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Significant experience in a hotel environment, with a minimum of 2 years.
Education Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
