- Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of significant experience in a hotel environment.
- Excellent knowledge of property management software such as Opera and Material Control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
