Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of the brand in the local market.
- Coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor.
- Motivate and communicate KPIs.
- Drive utilization of client book and implement CRM strategies.
- Share product stories and expertise with customers.
- Train teams on new products and merchandise.
- Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly inventories.
- Maintain stock room standards and ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest development ideas.
- Act as an ambassador of CELINE and the LVMH Group.
Qualifications
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customers’ needs.
- Taste for challenge and a team spirit.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
Skills
- Fluent in German and English.
- A third language is a plus.
Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of experience.
