Celine Sales Advisor

- Participate in the development of the brand in the local market.
- Coordinate and support the effective management of the shop floor.
- Motivate and communicate KPIs to the team.
- Drive utilization of client book and implement CRM strategies.
- Share product stories and deliver expertise to customers.
- Train teams on new products and merchandise.
- Minimize stock loss by supporting management in conducting weekly inventories.
- Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest development ideas.
- Act as an ambassador of CELINE and the LVMH Group.
- Embody the CELINE spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.
- Fluent in German and English; a third language is advantageous.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
- Ability to understand and exceed customer needs.
- Strong team spirit and taste for challenge.
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
