1. Participate in the development of the brand in the local market as part of the retail team.
2. Coordinate and support effective management of the shop floor.
3. Motivate and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Drive utilization of client book and implement CRM strategies.
5. Share product stories and expertise with customers, and train teams on new products and merchandise.
6. Minimize stock loss by supporting management with weekly inventories and maintaining stock room standards.
7. Ensure stock safety, accuracy, and compliance.
8. Support the digital evolution of the brand and suggest development ideas.
9. Act as an ambassador for Celine and the LVMH Group.
10. Embody the Celine spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years in a sales or customer service role within the fashion or luxury sector.

1. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge.
2. Ability to understand and exceed customer needs for optimal customer experience.
3. Strong team spirit and a taste for challenges.
4. Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
5. Fluency in English and Arabic; a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 2 years in sales or customer service within the fashion or luxury sector.
