Celine Client Insights Project Manager

- Monitor client-related indicators to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
- Conduct ad-hoc client studies to explain client behavior and address critical business questions from stakeholders.
- Define and standardize relevant KPIs to analyze Retail/CRM performance and CRM initiative effectiveness.
- Propose new KPIs and methodologies to enhance the measurement of CRM/client action efficiency.
- Present studies and findings to top management and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the business owner of client data-related Power BI dashboards and datasets.
- Conceptualize and define new dashboards and visualizations based on evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the data team to ensure the relevancy and accuracy of client insights and KPIs.
- Provide functional leadership to a network of data analysts in regional teams, facilitating data use through training and support.
- Manage and mentor a trainee, guiding daily tasks and defining personal development objectives.
- Over 5 years of experience, with a background in CRM/Retail business or consulting being essential.
- Strong understanding of Retail/CRM challenges within a luxury context.
- Deep knowledge of the luxury business.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, highly data-oriented.
- Excellent data visualization and presentation/storytelling skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong written skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Dataiku is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in CRM/Retail business or consulting within a luxury context.
