1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and support the team in achieving their sales goals.
2. Welcome clients and enhance their experience by advising them across all product categories.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing clients and recruit new ones.
4. Develop and maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
5. Participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
6. Uphold CELINE brand standards in grooming and behavior.
7. Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
8. Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
9. Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate a detailed understanding of company policies.
10. Depending on store needs, additional responsibilities may include stock and store operations, visual merchandising, and after-sales.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Computer literacy and ability to learn and use various software packages.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within a luxury environment.

Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience.
