1. Update collection materials and documentation.
2. Manage orders and inventory of materials and supplies.
3. Create and update product launch sheets in CLIP.
4. Monitor the needs of the tailoring workshop and ateliers.
5. Actively participate in collection fittings.
6. Assist with administrative tracking, including collection shipments and receipts.
7. Coordinate with various departments such as style, supply development, fabric stock, and atelier.
8. Perform general assistant tasks related to collection processes.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Positive and proactive attitude with excellent prioritization abilities.

Previous experience in ready-to-wear fashion is advantageous but not required.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
