Celine Europe Finance Controller

1. Analyze E-Commerce performance and oversee operational month-end closing tasks.
2. Develop forecasts, best estimates, and three-year projections for omnichannel activities.
3. Co-produce financial statements for Italian and Spanish subsidiaries in collaboration with local accounting teams.
4. Partner with South EU Retail Manager to implement strategies for market share growth.
5. Co-produce financial statements for Central European subsidiaries in collaboration with local accounting teams.
6. Partner with Central EU Retail Manager to implement strategies for market share growth.
7. Monitor central expenses in liaison with EME HQ departments.
8. Assist the EME Financial Director with the consolidation of EME results and conduct monthly business review analysis.

1. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience.
2. Retail finance experience preferred.
3. Experience in the luxury/fashion industry is advantageous.

1. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
4. Proficiency in interacting with all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
5. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German and Dutch is a plus.

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant finance experience, with a preference for candidates with retail finance experience. Experience in the luxury or fashion industry is considered a plus.

Business School degree, University degree, or equivalent experience.
