Cartier Retail Executive

- Serve as the central point of contact for retail communication.
- Assist the Area Sales Manager with daily tasks and initiatives.
- Support the retail team in achieving sales goals.
- Organize retail gatherings and meetings.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between the Area Sales Manager and Boutique Managers.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and optimize performance across boutiques.
- Compile and analyze sales data to track performance trends.
- Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Commercial Director and Retail Team.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and coordinate initiatives for the Area Sales Manager.
- Prepare presentations and follow up on boutique monthly reports.
- Coordinate retail meetings and events, including the Annual Retail Seminar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive/Office Assistant role.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
A minimum of 2 years in an Executive or Office Assistant position is required.
Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
