Cartier Sales Associate

1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Adapt sales approach to meet client needs and motivations, handling objections with ease.
4. Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
5. Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
6. Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
7. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
8. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
9. Participate in merchandising, inventory counts, and special projects as needed.

1. College degree preferred

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
2. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
5. Additional language skills are a plus
6. General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail is required. Must be able to work weekends consistently.

College degree preferred

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible. Salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
