Cartier Senior Project Manager

1. Develop and manage pop-up events and the presentation of creations during major events such as Watches & Wonders and Cartier Journey.
2. Create creative briefs aligned with Communication, Retail, Marketing, and Image strategies and share them with agencies or external art directors.
3. Translate concepts into scenography, product displays, experiences, and content.
4. Oversee the technical development of projects, including plans, specifications, prototyping, guidelines, and production as applicable.
5. Support and monitor market implementation: share concepts, adapt and co-create to meet local needs, oversee production and implementation.
6. Conduct and/or prepare reports for each project.
7. Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) related to the project.
8. Continuously monitor trends in luxury, art, and communication to conduct benchmarking sessions and share insights with creative teams regularly.
9. Proactively contribute creative ideas and identify complementary partners and talents.
10. Develop and monitor project management processes in coordination with partner services (Network performance, Store design, Store VM).
11. Evaluate budget forecasts and regularly track expenses.
12. Facilitate internal communication (planning, pop-up news, webinars).

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Architecture, or Design (Master's preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
3. Strong passion for aesthetics, including design, art, architecture, trends, and competition.
4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
5. Curious and motivated with strong interpersonal skills to engage, coordinate, and communicate with various stakeholders, including international partners.
6. Ability to present and advocate for projects and ideas convincingly.
7. Team-oriented and proactive in proposing solutions.
8. Fluency in English and French.
