Burberry Store Operations Assistant

1. Manage end-to-end inventory control: receive stock shipments from hub or warehouse, verify product accuracy and report discrepancies.
2. Support sales teams with timely stock retrieval, including Omnichannel fulfilment and stock pullback requests.
3. Maintain a tidy, compliant back-of-house in accordance with Retail Operations standards.
4. Perform quality control checks on all product lines and escalate any product issues to the store lead.
5. Support after-sales services (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience.
6. Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report faults through Ask services promptly.
7. Carry out ad hoc administrative duties: telephone handling, liaison with customer service, stationery and supermarket orders.
8. Provide operational support for store events, visual merchandising, stocktakes and other management requests.

1. Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software (Microsoft Office).
4. Previous experience with SAP desirable.
5. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform under busy retail conditions.
