Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the regional Retail Training community: set objectives, plan deliverables and measure impact against commercial targets.
- Manage, develop and coach regional Field Trainers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of training and measurable store performance improvement.
- Design and deliver compelling, regionally tailored collection and product training aligned with commercial and buying strategies to elevate client engagement and styling standards.
- Embed the brand’s selling ceremony and best-practice in-store execution through structured learning, observation and follow-up.
- Partner with Regional Training Managers, Global Retail Excellence and Central Commercial teams to implement and assess global and regional training programmes.
- Conduct regular store visits (approx. 60% field presence) to observe, assess and uplift team skills, evaluate the effectiveness of training and drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with EMEIA merchandising and HR to create manager and coaching development programmes that build leadership capability across the retail organisation.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, mentor retail trainers and animate the training network to maximise engagement and capability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in retail training, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven retail sales experience in fashion or luxury environments with strong commercial sensibility.
- Demonstrable people management experience, including coaching, mentoring and developing trainers or store teams.
- Comfortable delivering constructive feedback at all organisational levels and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to travel extensively and maintain a regular field presence (approximately 60% of working time).
- Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions and learning experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for producing training materials and presentations.

Experience
At least eight years of experience in retail training with prior retail sales experience in fashion or luxury brands; demonstrable track record of managing trainers, delivering field-based coaching and producing measurable commercial impact.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, retail, fashion, education, or a related discipline preferred; significant relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal qualifications.
