Burberry is hiring a Store Operations Assistant in Sao Paulo to manage inventory, back-of-house operations and Omnichannel support.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory control: receive stock shipments from hub or warehouse, verify product accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Support sales teams with timely stock retrieval, including Omnichannel fulfilment and stock pullback requests.
- Maintain a tidy, compliant back-of-house in accordance with Retail Operations standards.
- Perform quality control checks on all product lines and escalate any product issues to the store lead.
- Support after-sales services (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report faults through Ask services promptly.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative duties: telephone handling, liaison with customer service, stationery and supermarket orders.
- Provide operational support for store events, visual merchandising, stocktakes and other management requests.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft software (Microsoft Office).
- Previous experience with SAP desirable.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and perform under busy retail conditions.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail operations, stockroom or store logistics is preferred; familiarity with SAP is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or supply‑chain disciplines advantageous.
