Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all digital and graphic design briefs, ensuring requirements are complete, prioritised and aligned with brand objectives.
- Partner with Digital and Graphic Design leads to plan resources, set timelines and align priorities across multiple projects.
- Manage daily resource allocation across design teams and provide clarity on focus, responsibilities and delivery expectations.
- Support long-term capacity and workload planning to ensure deliverables are achievable within agreed timelines.
- Identify and mitigate resourcing risks, workflow clashes and bottlenecks; escalate issues and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Spot and facilitate opportunities for cross-team collaboration and smarter distribution of work.
- Oversee projects through to completion, coordinating with producers and project managers to ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
- Represent the creative team in stakeholder meetings when designers are unavailable, delivering confident updates and protecting creative integrity.
- Use workflow and project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track progress, manage priorities and maintain visibility across teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management within a creative, design or fashion-led environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing both digital and print collateral from brief to delivery.
- Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and with project management systems such as Asana.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to communicate clearly at all levels.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, proactive and solutions-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interrogate briefs, simplify complex information and support decisive, timely decision-making.
- Confident balancing creative excellence with operational discipline to deliver projects on time, on brand and on budget.

Experience
Proven track record of project coordination or project management within a creative, design or fashion-led environment, including managing digital and print deliverables and using tools such as Asana, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, Project Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
