Watch Technical Competence Center Manager

1. Supervise a team of watchmakers, jewelers, and polishers in the Neuchâtel workshop.
2. Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of repairs, including VIP repairs.
3. Coordinate after-sales service subcontracting.
4. Collaborate with Operations to maintain and ensure the availability of High-End watches.
5. Identify and analyze recurring defects to implement short, medium, and long-term action plans.
6. Drive continuous improvement of the service, considering budgets.
7. Develop solutions for re-industrialization or replacement of depleted components.
8. Enhance the brand through restoration and maintenance of historical watches.
9. Work closely with Customer Service to optimize client responses.
10. Collaborate with logistics to ensure long-term reparability of products.

1. Training as a watchmaker or engineer with strong workshop management experience, ideally in after-sales service.
2. Client-oriented with the ability to manage complex situations effectively.
3. Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
4. Fluent in French and English (B2 level); knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish, is an advantage.
