Bvlgari Watch Technical Competence Center Manager

- Supervise a team of watchmakers, jewelers, and polishers in the Neuchâtel workshop.
- Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of repairs, including VIP services and subcontracted after-sales services.
- Collaborate with Operations to maintain and ensure the availability of High-End watches.
- Identify and analyze recurring defects to implement short, medium, and long-term action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of services, considering budgets and proposing client solutions in terms of timelines, quality, and technical communication.
- Work closely with Customer Service to optimize client responses and with logistics to ensure long-term product reparability.
- Develop solutions for re-industrialization or replacement of depleted components, enhancing the brand through restoration and maintenance of historical watches.
- Watchmaker or engineering background with strong workshop management experience, ideally in after-sales service.
- Client-oriented with the ability to manage complex situations and find effective solutions.
- Strong technical understanding with problem-solving skills executed with patience and serenity.
- Perseverance and pursuit of excellence to manage operational priorities, emergencies, and strategic issues simultaneously.
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (B2 level); knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
