1. Manage and supervise store operations administration, including inventory activities and reporting stock discrepancies.
2. Advise on back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, and managing discrepancies with regional logistics.
3. Perform after-sales service activities, including coordinating repairs and shipments.
4. Conduct weekly price tagging activities and manage customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and repairs.
5. Coordinate with IT/system suppliers for hardware/software issues and manage store maintenance with suppliers/vendors.
6. Support administration tasks, including security management, vendor coordination, and petty cash management.
7. Assist with in-store customer events and support sales through gift wrapping and payment processes.
8. Manage uniform orders and prepare various reports for the Store Manager, including sales and CRM gifting reports.
9. Perform any ad-hoc duties and support as needed.

1. Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Knowledge of the luxury business and store procedures.

1. Proficiency in CRM techniques and tools.
2. Familiarity with store operation applications such as Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
3. Competence in Microsoft Windows.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
