Bvlgari Watch Hospitality & Events Project Manager

- Develop and execute immersive Manufacture visits and exclusive brand experiences for diverse audiences including media, KOLs, brand ambassadors, watch collectors, and internal teams.
- Plan and manage exceptional hospitality experiences, ensuring alignment with Bulgari's brand essence and watch savoir-faire.
- Coordinate and host exclusive tours, managing logistics from guest arrival to departure, including accommodations and activities.
- Support the PR team by managing photo and video requests, ensuring timely delivery.
- Lead the operational execution of major watch events such as Geneva Watch Days and Watches & Wonders.
- Collaborate with the Events team in Rome to ensure seamless coordination of event-related activities.
- Engage and align key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to achieve common goals.
- Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Develop compelling event content, including booth design and visuals, to effectively convey the Bulgari brand message.
- Organize events for watch collectors and enthusiasts, ensuring excellence and brand alignment.
- Manage the Communication department budget, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Exceptional hospitality expertise and dedication to outstanding guest experiences.
- Charismatic public speaking and storytelling abilities.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Organizational skills and flexibility to meet customer needs.
- Proactive and creative mindset for networking and innovation.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in a high-end, customer-centric hospitality or event management role, ideally within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
