1. Contribute to developing a profitable model for the Perfume category in collaboration with PBU and International Sales, aligning with the portfolio vision.
2. Work closely with markets to ensure Annual Business plans align with business priorities and category action plans, and to build co-marketing plans.
3. Lead the deployment of plans at the local level, from design to market exploitation.
4. Ensure promotional plans, both offline and online, adhere to corporate guidelines.
5. Manage systems and tools to follow up on results, analyze data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Orchestrate the successful launch of new products across all omnichannel touchpoints, including in-store and online channels.
7. Align with internal departments such as CRM, B.COM, and Social Media to ensure integrated messaging and execution.
8. Develop and share digital marketing guidelines with local markets to optimize third-party website activations.

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry
3. Previous experience in a Trade Marketing role, preferably at HQ level
4. Fluent in written and spoken English
