1. Achieve store and service KPIs through proactive engagement to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Manage the sales process according to delivery standards, ensuring a unique shopping experience from greeting to packaging.
3. Convey the warm Italian hospitality in every customer interaction.
4. Listen empathetically to understand and adapt to customer needs, providing personalized advice.
5. Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers with Bulgari.
6. Perform all individual CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
7. Communicate opportunities to management for community relationship development and explore potential events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
8. Cover a maternity leave for a period of 3 months.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or working with luxury products.

1. Proactive sales and negotiation skills.
2. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and personal accountability.
3. High sense of initiative.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
5. Capability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to gain experience in store operations applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
7. English proficiency is desired; additional languages are an advantage.
