1. Coordinate production needs within the manufacture and ensure effective communication with internal and external suppliers.
2. Plan and analyze data for short and medium-term planning in SAP for watch components.
3. Provide visibility on the feasibility of the production plan to internal clients.
4. Collaborate closely with central supply to manage sales priorities and optimize watch production.
5. Communicate and ensure proper follow-up of planning for relevant workshops.
6. Identify capacity issues related to technical and human constraints and manage anticipations.
7. Contribute to organizing all ancillary production activities, including range accuracy and material availability.
8. Participate in setting management data in SAP in collaboration with the industrialization department.
9. Ensure quality reporting on activity progress to the supply chain manager.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the supply chain department and adhere to QHSE standards and company policy.

1. Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
2. Confirmed experience as a planner
3. Proficiency in planning processes and techniques
4. In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

1. Proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel
2. Excellent command of SAP
3. Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
4. Dynamic, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical skills and result-oriented
6. Autonomous, organized, and rigorous
7. Fluent in French
