1. Lead a team of 13 technicians and controllers to ensure the quality of watch components, primarily cases and dials.
2. Collaborate with the central quality team in Neuchâtel to define and implement control strategies ensuring component compliance and reliability.
3. Manage quality control plans and support workshop autonomy in quality checks.
4. Facilitate problem-solving sessions and manage improvement projects.
5. Contribute to quality definition during the development of new products and components.
6. Enhance cooperation with downstream departments, promoting a culture of product quality throughout the supply chain.
7. Work closely with partners to resolve issues and share best practices for continuous product improvement.
8. Oversee the department's investment budget and ensure training for control and production teams on quality standards.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience in quality leadership within complex environments.

1. Proven expertise in dimensional and aesthetic quality control.
2. In-depth knowledge of quality management processes, including ISO standards.
3. Proficiency in common software and specific tools like Quick Control, SAP, and ERP systems.
4. Strong leadership skills to motivate and unify teams towards continuous improvement goals.
5. Excellent diplomatic and pedagogical abilities.
6. Outstanding relational skills to build connections and synergies across departments.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
8. Solution-oriented with the capacity to foster innovation and change acceptance.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management roles.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
