1. Manage a team of 13 technicians and controllers to ensure the quality of watch components, primarily cases and dials.
2. Collaborate with the central quality team in Neuchâtel to define and implement quality control strategies.
3. Lead surveillance and control plans, supporting workshop autonomy in quality checks.
4. Train teams and lead problem-solving initiatives and improvement projects.
5. Optimize cooperation with downstream departments to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain.
6. Work closely with partners to resolve issues and share best practices for continuous product improvement.
7. Manage the department's investment budget and oversee training for quality control and production teams.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience in quality leadership within complex environments.

1. Proven expertise in dimensional and aesthetic quality control.
2. In-depth knowledge of quality management processes, standards, and ISO certifications.
3. Proficiency in common IT tools and specific systems like Quick Control, SAP, and ERP.
4. Strong leadership skills to motivate and unite teams around continuous improvement goals.
5. Diplomatic and pedagogical communication skills.
6. Ability to synthesize information and manage complex cross-functional projects.
7. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to foster innovation.

Minimum of 10 years in quality management roles.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
