- Manage a team of 13 technicians and controllers to ensure the quality of components.
- Oversee quality control of casing components, including boxes and dials.
- Collaborate with central quality team in Neuchâtel to define and implement control strategies.
- Lead surveillance and control plans to enhance autonomy in quality checks.
- Train teams and lead problem-solving initiatives.
- Manage improvement projects and participate in quality development for new components.
- Optimize cooperation with logistics and sales departments to maintain quality standards.
- Work closely with partners to resolve issues and share best practices.
- Maintain strong connections with other Bvlgari watchmaking sites for continuous product improvement.
- Manage the department's investment budget and oversee training for quality control and production teams.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong experience in quality leadership in complex environments.
- Expertise in dimensional and aesthetic quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management processes, including ISO standards.
- Proficiency in common IT tools and ideally specific tools like Quick Control, SAP, and ERP systems.
- Leadership skills to motivate and unite teams.
