Bvlgari Quality Manager

- Manage a team of 13 technicians and controllers to ensure the quality of watch components, primarily cases and dials.
- Collaborate with the central quality team in Neuchâtel to define and implement quality control strategies.
- Lead surveillance and control plans, supporting workshop autonomy in quality checks.
- Train teams and lead problem-solving initiatives and improvement projects.
- Optimize cooperation with downstream departments to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain.
- Work closely with partners to resolve issues and share best practices for continuous product improvement.
- Manage the department's investment budget and oversee training for quality control and production teams.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in quality leadership within complex environments.
- Proven expertise in dimensional and aesthetic quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management processes, standards, and ISO certifications.
- Proficiency in common IT tools and specific systems like Quick Control, SAP, and ERP.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and unite teams around continuous improvement goals.
- Diplomatic and pedagogical communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to foster innovation.
Minimum of 10 years in quality management roles.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
