1. Manage a team of 13 technicians and controllers to ensure the quality of components.
2. Oversee quality control of casing components, including boxes and dials.
3. Collaborate with central quality team in Neuchâtel to define and implement control strategies.
4. Lead surveillance and control plans to enhance autonomy in quality checks.
5. Train teams and lead problem-solving initiatives.
6. Manage improvement projects and participate in quality development for new components.
7. Optimize cooperation with logistics and sales departments to maintain quality standards.
8. Work closely with partners to resolve issues and share best practices.
9. Maintain strong connections with other Bvlgari watchmaking sites for continuous product improvement.
10. Manage the department's investment budget and oversee training for quality control and production teams.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Strong experience in quality leadership in complex environments.
3. Expertise in dimensional and aesthetic quality control.
4. In-depth knowledge of quality management processes, including ISO standards.

1. Proficiency in common IT tools and ideally specific tools like Quick Control, SAP, and ERP systems.
2. Leadership skills to motivate and unite teams.
3. Diplomacy and pedagogical skills.
4. Strong relational skills to create synergies.
5. Analytical mindset and ability to manage complex projects.
