- Conduct aesthetic and dimensional inspections of products using standard control devices such as Marcel Aubert and Keyence.
- Participate in the creation of control ranges and communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Regularly liaise with production and suppliers to relay useful information for continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to the development of the quality control department by preparing control reports using Quick Control.
- Collaborate with various production sectors to monitor issues and standardize and improve quality procedures.
- Training in quality or technical fields.
- Several years of experience as a quality controller in the watchmaking industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quick Control or equivalent software.
- Dynamic, committed, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to share knowledge effectively.
- Autonomous, organized, and meticulous.
- Proactive in achieving objectives set by management.
Minimum of 3 years in quality control within the watchmaking industry.
