Bvlgari Perfume Area Sales Manager

- Drive commercial and marketing activities within European and African domestic markets, excluding Affiliates, ensuring luxury positioning and profitability of Bulgari Perfumes.
- Collaborate with local partners to enhance strategic and commercial business development, including sales, marketing, assortment management, forecasts, and A&P budgets.
- Monitor market activities to drive sell-out performance and assess distribution compliance with Bulgari guidelines.
- Lead direct negotiations at retail level for strategic projects and support distributors in key projects and new business opportunities.
- Manage clients and area P&L to improve Operating Profit and Contribution Margin.
- Establish yearly and long-term business plans for territories, aligning with company strategy and leveraging local dynamics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local key stakeholders, including distributors, retail partners, and the Media/PR community.
- Maximize collaboration with Sales Marketing and Trade Marketing teams and create synergies with the Travel Retail channel.
- Engage and motivate teams at both corporate and distributor levels around projects.
- Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, preferably in the fragrance or luxury industry.
- Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or equivalent education.
- Proven negotiation skills and successful track record in sales and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in P&L management and profit optimization.
- Excellent use of IT reporting tools.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and build trust in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive, energetic, and solution-driven attitude.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Minimum of 5 years in international sales, preferably within the fragrance or luxury industry.
Degree in Business Studies, Economics, or equivalent.
