Bvlgari HR Internal Communication Specialist

- Draft and design communications for dissemination across multiple channels, including intranet, email, and enterprise social networks (Viva Engage).
- Manage the HR Newsletter comprehensively: subject collection, article creation, and layout design.
- Organize and coordinate internal initiatives and events such as Garden Party, Environment Day, and Fête de Rome.
- Implement services available to employees.
- Support and assist various internal clubs with logistical management, budget tracking, and communication.
- Participate in internal committees such as CSR and Diversity & Inclusion, and the Christmas Committee.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or from an art, graphic design, or design school.
- Significant experience in Communication, ideally within an HR department, with the ability to autonomously manage cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and graphic design.
- Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to understanding and aligning with company culture.
- Fluency in French and good knowledge of English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in communication, preferably within an HR department.
Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
