1. Draft and design communications for dissemination across multiple channels, including intranet, email, and enterprise social networks (Viva Engage).
2. Manage the HR Newsletter comprehensively: subject collection, article creation, and layout design.
3. Organize and coordinate internal initiatives and events such as Garden Party, Environment Day, and Fête de Rome.
4. Implement services available to employees.
5. Support and assist various internal clubs with logistical management, budget tracking, and communication.
6. Participate in internal committees such as CSR and Diversity & Inclusion, and the Christmas Committee.

1. Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or from an art, graphic design, or design school.
2. Significant experience in Communication, ideally within an HR department, with the ability to autonomously manage cross-functional projects.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and graphic design.
2. Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
4. Creative mindset with a proactive approach to understanding and aligning with company culture.
5. Fluency in French and good knowledge of English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in communication, preferably within an HR department.

Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
