Bvlgari HR Internal Communication Specialist

1. Draft communications and design graphics for distribution across multiple channels: intranet, email, and enterprise social network (Viva Engage)
2. Manage the HR Newsletter: topic collection, article creation, and layout
3. Organize and coordinate internal initiatives and events (Garden Party, Environment Day, Fête de Rome, etc.)
4. Implement services available to employees
5. Support and assist various internal clubs (logistics management, budget monitoring, and communication)
6. Participate in internal committees (CSR and Diversity & Inclusion, Christmas Committee)

1. Master's degree in Marketing or Communication, or a degree from an art, graphic design, and/or design school
2. Significant experience in Communication, ideally within an HR department
3. Ability to manage transversal projects autonomously
4. Fluency in French and good knowledge of English

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and graphic design
2. Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks
4. Creative mindset and proactive approach
5. Attention to detail and high standards
6. Adaptability and solution-oriented

Minimum 3 years
