1. Lead the General Ledger team and oversee monthly closing processes for two international entities.
2. Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Budget Controlling & Reporting teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
3. Manage the accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and drive process improvements.
4. Mentor, train, and develop the General Ledger team in alignment with company objectives.
5. Implement continuous assessment of financial close processes and internal controls for efficiency.
6. Manage month-end closing processes, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
7. Prepare and review annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with local GAAP standards.
8. Act as primary contact for external financial audits.
9. Ensure accurate bank account reconciliations and manage third-party customer accounts.
10. Coordinate tax and statutory return filings in collaboration with tax advisors.

1. University degree in Economics or equivalent studies.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with Big 4 experience as a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
2. Leadership skills to guide and develop an accounting team.
3. Exceptional communication skills for building strong relationships.
4. Results-oriented with a methodical approach to data analysis.
5. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is beneficial.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably with experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.

University degree in Economics or equivalent studies.
