- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest quality of service to foster strong client relationships.
- Autonomously manage sales activities across all product categories, including Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories, to achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
- Ensure optimal product display in the boutique.
- Support customers throughout the entire purchasing process and enhance networking through events and new initiatives.
- Execute back-office tasks such as data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, and stock counting.
- Participate actively in inventory management and visual merchandising efforts.
- Oversee the receipt, control, and integration of goods into stock, including intra-shop transfers and tagging activities.
- Coordinate after-sales service activities, including item repairs and shipments to repair centers.
- Assist sales staff during the sales process, from customer welcome to payment and packaging.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with proficiency in German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional client-focused communication skills.
- Flexibility, rigor, and organizational skills, especially in multitasking scenarios.
A minimum of 5 years in a comparable position within the luxury retail sector is required.
