1. Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest quality of service to foster strong client relationships.
2. Autonomously manage sales activities across all product categories, including Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories, to achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
3. Ensure optimal product display in the boutique.
4. Support customers throughout the entire purchasing process and enhance networking through events and new initiatives.
5. Execute back-office tasks such as data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, and stock counting.
6. Participate actively in inventory management and visual merchandising efforts.
7. Oversee the receipt, control, and integration of goods into stock, including intra-shop transfers and tagging activities.
8. Coordinate after-sales service activities, including item repairs and shipments to repair centers.
9. Assist sales staff during the sales process, from customer welcome to payment and packaging.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
2. Fluency in Mandarin and English, with proficiency in German; additional languages are advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM systems.
3. Exceptional client-focused communication skills.
4. Flexibility, rigor, and organizational skills, especially in multitasking scenarios.

A minimum of 5 years in a comparable position within the luxury retail sector is required.
