- Offer a unique client experience, ensuring exceptional service to foster strong client relationships.
- Autonomously manage sales activities across all product categories, achieving both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
- Ensure optimal product display within the boutique.
- Support customers throughout the entire purchasing process and develop networking opportunities through events and new initiatives.
- Perform back-office tasks including data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, and stock counting.
- Participate actively in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Receive, control, and integrate goods into stock, manage intra-shop transfers, and oversee tagging activities.
- Conduct after-sales service activities, including item repairs and coordinating shipments to repair centers.
- Assist sales staff during the sales process from customer welcome to payment and packaging.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.
- Fluency in Russian and English, with a good command of German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client-focused with the ability to identify and meet client needs.
- Flexibility and rigor in an organized and structured manner, even when multitasking.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury boutique environment is required.
