- Achieve store and service KPIs through proactive engagement to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from greeting to packaging, ensuring adherence to sales techniques for a unique shopping experience.
- Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset in every customer interaction.
- Listen empathetically to understand and adapt to customer needs, providing personalized advice.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new clients with Bulgari.
- Execute all individual CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
- Communicate opportunities to management for community engagement and explore potential events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.
- Proactive sales and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and personal accountability.
- High sense of initiative.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Capability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to gain experience in store operations applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
- English proficiency desired; other languages are an advantage.
