1. Achieve store and service KPIs through proactive engagement to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Manage the sales process from greeting to packaging, ensuring adherence to sales techniques for a unique shopping experience.
3. Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset in every customer interaction.
4. Listen empathetically to understand and adapt to customer needs, providing personalized advice.
5. Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new clients with Bulgari.
6. Execute all individual CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
7. Communicate opportunities to management for community engagement and explore potential events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or with luxury products.
2. Proactive sales and negotiation skills.
3. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and personal accountability.
4. High sense of initiative.
5. Ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
6. Capability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).
7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to gain experience in store operations applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
8. English proficiency desired; other languages are an advantage.
