1. Contribute to achieving store and service KPIs through proactive engagement to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring the application of sales techniques to provide a unique shopping experience.
3. Convey the warm Italian hospitality mindset in every customer interaction.
4. Listen empathetically to understand and adapt to customer needs, providing personalized advice.
5. Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new clients with Bvlgari.
6. Execute individual CRM activities as directed by the Store Manager, including CRM AFSS.
7. Communicate opportunities to management for community engagement and explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or working with luxury products.
2. Proactive sales and negotiation skills.
3. Attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and personal accountability.
4. Strong sense of initiative.
5. Ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
6. Ability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to gain experience in store operations applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
8. English proficiency desired; additional languages are an advantage.
