Budget & Reporting Analyst

1. Collaborate closely with the Finance department and business units to construct the department's budget exercise.
2. Manage and control the budget (OPEX and CAPEX) throughout the year.
3. Measure spending evolution against forecasts and identify budget optimization opportunities.
4. Create purchase orders and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
5. Maintain a global view of expenses and ensure adherence to budget forecasts.
6. Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal and financial procedures.
7. Manage operational aspects of insurance, consulting, building, and security service contracts.
8. Effectively handle reporting for LVMH group and local authorities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent education.
2. Experience in an analyst/project manager role within a Finance department, ideally with international exposure.

1. Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Excel.
2. Fluency in French and a good level of English.
3. Strong numerical sensitivity, rigor, and attention to detail.
4. Curiosity, versatility, and practical sense.
5. Excellent communication skills and team player.

Minimum 5 years

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
