Bvlgari Budget and Reporting Analyst

- Collaborate closely with the Finance department and business units to construct the department's budget exercise.
- Manage and control the budget (OPEX and CAPEX) throughout the year, measuring expenditure evolution against forecasts and identifying budget optimization opportunities.
- Create purchase orders and ensure timely payments to suppliers, supported by the administrative assistant.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of expenditures and ensure adherence to budget forecasts.
- Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal and financial procedures.
- Oversee the operational management of insurance, consulting, building, security services, and other contracts.
- Effectively manage reporting for the LVMH group and local authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analyst or project management role within a Finance department, preferably with international exposure.
- Proficiency in IT tools, specifically Excel and reporting software.
- Fluency in French and a good command of English.
- Strong numerical sensitivity, attention to detail, and the ability to question and improve the environment.
- Curious, versatile, and practical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Minimum of 5 years in an analyst or project management role within a Finance department, ideally with international exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.
