Tiffany & Co. Human Resources Coordinator

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing HR forms, tracking, and supply orders.
- Oversee the employee termination process, including conducting exit interviews and managing logistics.
- Assist in creating onboarding schedules for executives.
- Coordinate with Employee Services to process transactions in Oracle HCM.
- Manage calendars for the VP of Corporate Groups and provide scheduling support for the team.
- Offer on-site support for obtaining signatures and preparing presentation materials.
- Manage timesheets and support HR communications by distributing updates as needed.
- Support special projects and key HR initiatives, including Talent Review and DEI initiatives.
- Run reports to provide insights into talent trends and processes for quarterly reviews.
- Maintain and update organizational charts monthly.
- Coordinate team-building activities and support HR event planning.
- Assist with visa administration and related communications.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organizational levels.
A minimum of 2 years in human resources or related administrative roles is required, with a preference for experience in HR systems such as Oracle HCM.
Bachelor's degree required.
