Prada Stock Controller

1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas efficiently.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and return transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
4. Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle damaged products, non-sellable items, and products under repair.
6. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
7. Manage display objects and participate in uniform and gift flow management.
8. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including e-commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
11. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessory locations, adhering to company schedules.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales and ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
14. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
15. Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
16. Maintain relationships with providers and update the archive on a monthly basis.
17. Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant managers and headquarters.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
3. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
