Prada Client Advisor in Porto Cervo (Arzachena, Italy) — deliver exceptional luxury client service, drive sales and manage CRM-led clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that embodies the Brand’s philosophy and values.
- Welcome, advise and serve clients while building lasting relationships and loyalty.
- Leverage CRM and digital tools to develop clienteling activities and personalise follow-ups.
- Proactively pursue sales opportunities and cross-sell across departments to meet individual targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors and product assortments.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet Company operational and merchandising standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support store loss-prevention measures and contribute to a secure retail environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English is required; additional languages are desirable.
- Demonstrable affinity for luxury fashion, art and design with strong product knowledge.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a sales team.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in luxury or premium fashion, with a record of delivering sales results and developing client relationships; experience in clienteling and using CRM systems is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary studies in fashion, retail, marketing or a related field are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Arzachena, Sardinia, Italy, with easy access to Olbia.
