Prada Senior Stock Controller

- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing timing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
- Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
- Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and within IT systems.
- Participate in the management of uniforms and gift flows.
- Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including e-commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
- Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
- Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
- Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing space in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
- Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
- Experience within a luxury or premium brand.
- Understanding of luxury customer service.
- Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Teamwork and independent work capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
