Prada Senior Stock Controller

1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing timing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
4. Oversee the flow of e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and within IT systems.
7. Participate in the management of uniforms and gift flows.
8. Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including e-commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
11. Manage product flow and documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
14. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing space in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
15. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
16. Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
17. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.

1. Experience within a luxury or premium brand.

5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
