1. Ensure an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the client at the forefront and fostering meaningful relationships.
2. Convey and promote the Prada brand philosophy and values to clients, guiding them into the world of Prada.
3. Achieve individual and team sales targets, acting proactively to ensure optimal service across both in-store and e-commerce channels.
4. Exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, Prada history, culture, and DNA.
6. Capture customer data into the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering a personalized approach and future opportunities.
7. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
8. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to discuss and advise customers.
9. Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and client service team.
10. Operate with the utmost care and respect for products.
11. Utilize company digital tools to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience.
12. Host and conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
13. Collaborate with the Back of House, participating in daily store operations and maintaining an organized stock room.
14. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
15. Foster open and constructive communication with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

1. Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.

1. Understanding of luxury customer service.
2. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand is required.
